Kind reminder: Do not use the 02mm nozzle to print consumables containing carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal or other inorganic particles, as it may cause blockage. Tuozhu PLA-CF and PETG-CF consumables have been tested multiple times and can be printed using a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle, which is not easily clogged and has good printing quality. It is recommended to use a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle to print other consumables containing carbon or glass fibers, minimizing the risk of clogging and wear.

I’ve tried out the 0.2 and 0.8 nozzles and they seem to work well. The 0.2 nozzle, with a little tuning, has put down some of the cleanest surfaces i’ve seen. I used the 0.8 with petg to print a part and it saved a lot of time without losing much needed resolution. Overall i’m satisfide with this drop-in replacement.
