It arrived in 15 days although they charged me a lot of tax to Colombia and I wasn’t aware of that. 🥺 🥺 😞 110,000 pesos, but otherwise everything is fine, it works well and easily cuts the wood they sent.

This is a purchase from Japan. I received a shipping notification on the day of my order, but the status didn’t update for a while, which made me worried. However, it arrived in about 10 days. The packaging condition is also good. I was able to assemble it without any issues by following the English manual. The software is open-source and has been localized in Japanese without any issues. The manual said it could read DXF, but I couldn’t do it. Sometimes SVG files cannot be loaded successfully. In terms of the product, considering the price, it has amazing performance. It moves exactly as expected. I’m glad I bought it.
